Handpicked in Woodside by a mish mash of family and friends after a cool, wet year. Lovingly sorting the fruit before a gentle whole bunch press yielded but a single barrel of juice. And from that old French oak barrel, this; pear perfection and a sublime array of citrus fruits coming together in zesty harmony.
