Why we love this Wine
Dry-grown farming in a cool climate area, this chardonnay was harvested by night and early morning, then pressed into 75% French oak and 25% stainless steel. It has bright straw colours with green hues, aromas of citrus, stonefruit and flint. With a generous palate of melons and citrus, it’s a textured wine with an elegant finish.
