Here’s a speedster to impress the Tifosi. Hailing from Emilia-Romagna in Italy’s north, it’s a focused, shamelessly dry sparkling Lambrusco ripples with blackcurrant and cigarbox, blueberry and chocolate, with plenty of acidity in those dark berry notes to keep your palate tingling. Molto bene on its own, awesome alongside, gutsy, hearty fare.
