Why we love this Wine
An ode to all that Pinot Gris can be. This grape was told it had to be light and predictable, yet in the hands of Lisa and Justin Jenkins, realised potential for so much more. Tea-like tannins stain this wine with a bold hue, with stunning skin contact dimensionality. An orchard of blossom on the nose with rich spice flavour seldom seen in this style.
