Here’s a ram of a Pinot ready to imprint its curvaceous horns onto your palate’ today and tomorrow. Grown from the Dunns Creek Vineyard on Red Hill, Morningon Peninsula, 50% whole bunch and half de-stemmed fruit allows for the naturally brambly, spicy nature of this fruit to shine. Dark cherry and plum form its beating heart, wrapped with silty tannin and unfined, unfiltered nuance.
