Why we love this Wine
80% Catarrato, 20% Zibibbo. We're not making up grapes. Glinting with sunset reflections, this pale yellow, biodynamic blend boasts just a smidge of skin contact, with gentle texture. Intensely aromatic as soon as it hits the glass, this is patio wine; promising refreshment and best shared. Blood orange and grapefruit pith, passionfruit blossom. 750mLs is good, but a litre be sweeter.
