Why we love this Wine
Fin Wines = fun wines, we've learned. No exceptions here. Wild fermented, low SO2, just really quality fruit that suits the climate, picked a little earlier for the lean acid. This electric blend features handpicked and whole bunch pressed Riesling of the Yarra Valley, promising a textural mouthfeel and a pithy good time. You get quince and apricots up top, then a more savoury preserved lemon thing on the finish. Tang town.
