Why we love this Wine
Beautiful texture out of Spain, this white from Iago Garrido in Galicia has something Jura-esque about it. Made from a blend of Treixadura, Palomino, Torrontés, and Albariño, it’s full of tropical notes, stone fruits, spice and grip. With an oxidative edge and a lick of salinity, we filed this one somewhere between “not boring” and “future unicorn”. Wow.
