Why we love this Wine

We’ve got a bit of a fetish for Italian white wine. Crisp, textural and savoury and always seems to be like an extra implement at the table, effortlessly matching many of the foods we love to eat. Here it’s a Trebbiano from Tuscany and it’s all about crisp green apple on a citrus base with hints of freshly cut fennel, just a touch of white blossom and cut ginger, crisp, vivacious and bang on.
