The ‘rascal’ is here in a wild Italian style from the curious Marco Burrati who farms everything by hand in Veneto, nothing added ever. Organic Malvasia and Tocai, fermented and aged in concrete vats with 10 days skin contact. Tart and alive, exhilarating and free. Confession: too easy to drink all day with that muted spritz on the tongue and low-alcohol delivery.
