Why we love this Wine
Frizzante rosato from the heart of Lambrusco, between the provinces of Emilia and Modena. Slightly toasty, lower in alcohol, but bursting with rose petal and raspberry aroma. Tart cranberry on the palate, naughty. Lambrusco di Sorbara is the base, with 10% Fortana and 5% Pinot Noir in the blend. There's a fair bit of meh Lambrusco on the market— this isn't that. Hand-harvested, premium quality fruit and a purity of expression that's hard to beat. An occasion wine you'll reach for more than occasionally.
