Why we love this Wine
Lambrusco but not as you know it, the 'white sheep' of the family if you will. Organically grown Lambrusco di Sorbara, complemented with 15% Salamino. Fangareggi may be known primarily for its ruby-hued traditional fizz, but in vinifying a white they've captured something every bit the match of premier Champagne. Aged long on lees, there's plenty of toasty detail to take in on the palate. Finely-beaded foam, spritzy citrus and green apple on the nose. Blissful Bianco bubbly, 'nuff said.
