Why we love this Wine
It’s never Cider (or Pear Cider) as we know it. Why? We like to think it starts with the special orchards of Normandy’s premium Cider producing area, where these trees are estimated to be about 300 years old. Like a fine wine, the tannin and acidity is in balance. As an aperitif or with a cheese pairing. Outstanding.
