Why we love this Wine

Think you know Dolcetto, think again. Served sparkling, Frizzante style, this is in the territory of a pink little pét-nat, though perhaps a wee bit more restrained. Fun enough for garden parties, sufficient gravity for formal affairs. Grown in Taungurung country in Victoria's King Valley, the small grapes are ever-so expressive, and in the hands of Janelle De Gabriele and Rhen Dodd it's a very playful expression of site. Perfect for the fizz-curious.
