Why we love this Wine
You won't see texture and bold minerality like this in many whites coming out of Victoria. Savagnin and Pinot Gris, grown across two adjoined blocks. Apple cider acid, with herby, vegetal freshness. Elegant, with phenolic aromas and a slightly chalky mouthfeel from time spent on lees. A bit of earthiness, a great wine for food.
