The universe might be collapsing into chaos, but in the meantime, there's wine. This light red from Gippsland is the textural, spicy style sure to keep existential dread at bay. Handpicked fruit, fully destemmed and left on skins three weeks. Pressed into aged barrels. Earthy depth, lacy, silky tannin. From a mutant Pinot Noir/Pinot Gris block; being different never tasted so delicious.
