Grown in the Adelaide Hills by the Bartsch family on their carbon neutral vineyards, this minimal intervention Pinot Noir epitomises the region. Vibrant in red fruit notes, soft spice and clean acidity, this is the type of red you’ll want to keep in stock year round. We certainly do. Chill if you like, or drink in front of the fire - it’s all groovy, grape lovers.
