Meaning ‘peaceful home’, Emmalene is the brainchild brand of the Bartsch (growers) and Bulman (makers) clans, both hailing from the Adelaide Hills. Grown in Lenswood, their Gris leans into the dusty hue and aromatic charm of its skins, overflowing with white blossom and plenty of fresh pear. Delicate yet dynamic, serve with spring salads, sashimi or salty Edam.
