Why we love this Wine
Spain and Portugal do bright, lightly sparkling whites better than anyone, so Emmalene decided to crash the party. Kooli takes its cue from Txakoli and Vinho Verde — a blend of Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc, fermented slow and cool in stainless to keep things fresh, then bottled with a gentle spritz straight off the tank.
