Why we love this Wine
A cool-climate Chardonnay hand-picked from vines in the rolling Adelaide Hills. This sustainable vineyard in Forreston is maintained with permanent cover crops and winter grazing to minimise their impact on the land. Fermented in 30% new oak with a touch of malolactic fermentation and weekly battonage. Buttery brioche is king of the castle here, with peaches and cream lingering faithfully by his side. Rounded, with length. Much obliged.
