Why we love this Wine
Sweet ever-loving lord, this is the stuff. Pecorino gets the royal treatment in this godly bottle; foot-stomped old-school style, before a spontaneous ferment in glass-lined concrete vats. The aromas that spring from the glass appeal instantly; fresh citrus and toffee-d apples. Pecorino's mid-palate creaminess is couched by dimensional sour fruits and delicate herbs, finishing with slicing you-will-remember-me acid. Already showing the benefits of a little age, and only continuing to improve. Ugh. Shivers.
