Zero jitters on the inaugural release Chardy from Elanto Vineyard in the Mornington Peninsula. A screamingly confident debut blending fruit from three Balnarring sites (Verge, Buckshot, Seawinds), whole-bunch pressed and wild-fermented in French oak, then finished in concrete vats. It’s layered and expressive: citrus blossom, pear, toasted nuts, creamy lees and spice. There's real shape here—textural, savoury, finely stitched—and acidity that pulls everything into sharp focus.
