Here’s a Champers for the silly season and all future seasons. From Egly-Ouriet comes the second release of this Chardonnay-driven Champagne, and this is certainly one for the Chardy lovers. With just 2g/L dosage, this little firecracker explodes like a flash of light with big white energy. Think ripe lemon and stone fruit, cream and marzipan, with a chalkiness that goes the length - and gives you something to hold onto. A future classic, and always a welcome guest.
