Why we love this Wine
From Eduardo Torres moved to Sicily in 2012 to work harvest with Arianna Occhipinti. Despite his outsider status there, he somehow managed to rent plots and deliver this beauty. So good. The wine is a blend of mainly Minella and other native varieties. If you let it breathe, the saline minerality will cut through the apricot and quince.
