50% Gewurztraminer, 50% Riesling. Crushed to open fermenters for three days on skins, before pressing straight to seasoned and new French oak. The resulting elixir is one with charms for the trumpeting—a straw coloured pot of gold, rich with opulent spice, citrus and tropical fruits. Stonefruit and pineapple on the palate, and some sensational, skinzy phenolics.
