Why we love this Wine
Duncan and Peter Lloyd’s iteration of a grape produced by Lloyds in McLaren Vale since ‘77. The boys have made Chenin on their own from good stock - 70-year-old sand-grown Blewitt Springs vines no less. Two weeks on skins and six months in old French produce an electric glass of unfiltered golden goodness lush in peach and lemon and sea salt reminiscent of that Mediterranean-esque SA coastline. Ooft.
