Why we love this Wine
Doctor’s orders: try this. You don’t know how much you need a Pet Nat from Peter Dredge ’til you do. It’s mostly saignee Pinot Noir from his Tasmanian specials, with a small amount of fermenting Riesling to keep it fresh, bright and fizzy. Serious lolly and candy up front but with adult-friendly dryness and cleansing acidity.
