German-born winemaker Timo Mayer is one of the great characters of the Yarra Valley, and this is the Pinot Noir from his homeland. Hard to get before COVID, imagine it now. A perfumed wine of rich and dark fruits, structure and spice. All the elegance, depth and acidity for which he’s known.
