Why we love this Wine
One of the Oregon USA Pinot Noir projects from Tasmania’s Dr Edge. Very cool. A blend of fruit from the lauded Willamette Valley from a true Pinot practitioner, it’s very special. Red fruit and pepper, then ash and herbs. A little minerality with a dusty, long finish. Pure energy.
