Why we love this Wine

Dr. Edge is the passion project for Peter Dredge who cut his teeth in the wine industry at Petaluma before making the move to Tasmania. Peter also works on winemaking duties at Meadowbank all whilst also producing his Dr. Edge project from a blend of Tamar Valley, East Coast & Derwent Valley fruit. There is some serious energy going on here - lemon rind, white peach, aniseed, cinnamon and green olive. This is rockstar chardonnay. Crunchy, precise and alive. High Voltage.
