Why we love this Wine
Fruit from the Derwent and Tamar Valleys is Peter Dredge's bread and butter, unsurprisingly this confident Pinot Noir is absolutely electrifying. Light and pure, but with a concentrated jolt of sour cherry. Spicy and a little twiggy. The temptation to drink this side-by-side with its concrete tank aged brother from the same vintage is there. If you don't like this, you don't like Tassie Pinot, because this is as classic as it gets.
