Non-vintage, but primarily made up of 2021 and 2022 base wines, this is everything we love in a Tassie fizz. Tamar Valley Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier approached in the Traditional Method, left on tirage 3 years before disgorging in 2024. Fresh as you'll get, with fine-boned structure, racy minerals and lashings of citrus. The most brut-ish of extra brut styles, dry as a bone, and utterly refreshing.
