Why we love this Wine
We love a wine from a passion project for an acclaimed winemaker. Dr Edge, the personal project of the acclaimed Peter Dredge of Meadowbank, is one of our favourites from Tasmania. While you generally can’t go wrong with a Tassie Pinot Noir, this one in particular is a wager no one of sound mind would bet against.
