2016 Young Gun Winemaker of the Year, Josephine Perry is pushing boundaries with the variety here. Crushed straight into amphora and open top bins, it sees no fining, no filtration, and no adds at all. Showing peas, herbs, light tobacco, passionfruit and white pepper, it’s not the usual savvy b. Keep on pushing.
