Why we love this Wine
Merlot and Shiraz given just enough time to dance on the skins before finishing in tank. Made to be textural, it’s beautifully clean and bright, with notes of melon and apple, cranberry and red fruits. Brilliant stuff from Jo Perry as usual, who has a masterful touch for these WA icons.
