Why we love this Wine
Great Chardonnay out of the Burnside vineyard in the hands of Dormilona winemaker Josephine Perry. Certified Biodynamic, from one of the most beautiful patches of WA. Whole bunch pressed to a mix of large format oak and amphora. A slender wine of green apples and melon. Just yum.
