Why we love this Wine
Dry-grown organic Cab treated to the old skool experience. Hand picked, foot stomped and wild fermented, unfiltered, unfined, basket-pressed and aged in old French oak… Need we go on? Josephine made this thoughtfully with love and care. More elegant than its skeletal label suggests, its smooth dark fruit will put meat back on those bones.
