Why we love this Wine
The Austrians know a thing or two about schnitzel, palaces and wine. We can't sizzle you up a schnitty, nor are we experts in architecture. But we do have this wild-fermented Gruner from Austria's Carnuntum region. Hand harvested organic fruit was delicately pressed and macerated on-skins for a silky, luscious texture. It's alive with herbaceousness and ripe stone fruit, while a touch of Riesling (10%) brings a zip of zest.
