Why we love this Wine
It's sensational Petit Chablis, just in time to save the day. Pure, impeccable, glorious Petit Chablis from a winemaker with multigenerational family history in the region's viticulture. Bright minerals in a ripe, rounded, vibrant sip. Stainless steel fermented in pursuit of crystalline, flinty freshness. Shattering and alive with citrus and sour apple on the nose. This is a wine to luxuriate in over lunches and lazy afternoons. Preferably sunny ones with a caprese salad and an oyster close by.
