Why we love this Wine
Resting on laurels: bad. Resting on lees: good. This sparkling wine from Jura is made in the Champagne method. Super dry, super-super refreshing. Less fruitiness and a little more savoury character than many bubblies. A little brioche, a little nutty complexity. Michel Tissot and Henri Maire in the hottest collab since Yoncé and Nicki. Sabre it then savour it.
