Why we love this Wine

Airy aroma and a free-range feeling. This is Savagnin at its most spacious and sprawling. Rich and round, white flowers. Minerally and fresh, a tonic to the tongue. Cool ferment. Acacia. Reductive. The faintest metallic glimmer on the palate, though certainly not unpleasant. A wine to drink while you scull your lover to the centre of a lake.
