Why we love this Wine
Wine from Jura, with a little grandeur. Smokey cigars and brambly earthiness. Blackberry pie, but done drier style with very little sweetness and a little salt lick. Pinot Noir, macerated 12 days on skins and fermented in stainless. Light filtration. A very aromatic contender for our 'Wines-to-drink-after-a-nice-stroll Award'.
