Why we love this Wine

Jura is nestled right between Burgundy and Switzerland, a gem of Eastern France known for its cool climate and very cool wines. This one is a Chardonnay that speaks from its chest, with texture and weight on the palate, and beautiful minerality. Racy and elegant. Aged in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 2-3 months. We can't get enough of the purity preserved in the fruit and its crack-me-now crispness.
