Pet nats should be fun, and this is. With 4g/L of residual sugar, there's a little weight preserved in this otherwise light and youthful fizz. Fresh minerals jump out, it's floral and fun, with a good hit of citrus and orchard fruits. Just Semillon, Gamay and Pinot Noir all playing together amicably, and certified organic no less.
