Olivier Klein has a deserved reputation for crafting wines of rare quality and balance. This blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah is Exhibit A: poised, structured red with distinctive depth of fruit. Sweetly perfumed and entirely satisfying. Naturally fermented and raised (without sulphur) in concrete tanks. An impressive vintage, and really a no brainer for lovers of organically certified Côtes du Rhône. Perfect for a 'you-deserve-it-Friday'.
