Why we love this Wine
Domaine Jean Dauvissat Père et Fils has been at it since 1955. Third and fourth generation now. Fabien went organic in 2009. No big press release. Just better farming. Côte de Léchet is four south-east facing plots above Milly. Good dirt. Good light. 2022 behaved, delivered even. Lemon zest, green apple, a bit of white peach. Crushed oyster shell and that chalky snap underneath. There’s texture too. Not lean for sport.
