From an organic estate in the heart of Alsace, Domaine Henry Fuchs are capitalising hard on the limestone and marl soils, producing some remarkable wines with serious acid drive. Complex and lively, Les Petits Cailloux (The Little Pebbles) is a blend of Muscat, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc in one beautiful union. Aromatic and alive, with exotic fruits on the nose that don't entirely match the more restrained, precise palate. Finishes dry and crisp.
