From a lofty, rather brutal Savoie site comes this blend of two French classics by Frédéric Giachino. Little-known in Australia, Persan is a revered and rare French grape from Savoie that rarely makes it out of Europe, let alone France. By now you know gorgeous Gamay, that malleable master of French elegance. Raspberry, red florals, spice and minerality brim with Beaujolais energy.
