Why we love this Wine
From the awesome Gaillac region in south-west France and young-gun winemaker Damien Bonnet, who took over the family Domaine in 2008 comes his foray into the world of orange or skin-contact white wines. Produced from the regions Mauzac grape variety, it is a slinky and perfumed joy to drink with bright and pure peach and pear fruits, cut with spice and fragrant floral notes with a gorgeous textural flow and shape across the tongue.
