Why we love this Wine
Lately, we’ve been loving this bright Beaujolais-Village from the Morgon-based estate of Domaine Dominique Piron for its purity, detail and ease of drinking. It’s packed full of ripe cherry fruits lifted with a splash of raspberry and macerated summer berry fruits. There’s some spice in there too, a waft of violets and some lovely herbal nuance with restrained grainy tannins making an appearance, it’s just a lovely drink.
